Shipping Policy

Mother's Country Store ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping. Orders ship from Salado, Texas via USPS.

Processing and delivery

We normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, USPS transit typically takes another 5–7 business days. Transit times are estimates and can vary.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Shipping charges

The Mother sourdough starter itself is free. One packet has a $4.95 shipping and handling charge that covers labor, packaging, and postage. Additional quantities are priced at checkout. Our $19.95 heritage starters ship free within the United States.

Order status and help
